CLASSES

Our Gi class is comprised of warm-up drills and the ecological approach to new movements. Gi class builds upon the NoGi foundations and adds in a more diverse variation of grips and submissions. Judo takedowns and Gi-grip throws are incorporated into the curriculum to give the student unique tactical options that aren’t available in the NoGi classes. The last 30 minutes of class is live rounds which you can use to roll or drill specific movements. All of our Gi classes are structured in a way where beginners and advanced athletes alike can learn and grow their skill sets. Coach will adapt lessons to the individual based on experience or limitations due to old injuries.
